The meals provided to course participants are vegetarian using as much local and organic produce as possible. As the Ethos Farm develops at Crystal Waters, we hope to be feeding visitors mostly from this garden. During your stay you will have the opportunity to be involved in the growing and harvesting of this biodynamically-grown food.
We can cater for special dietary requirements. Please let us know how we can meet your needs.
Staying at Crystal Waters provides the opportunity for you to get back to nature and live simply in the midst of a beautiful forest, to watch the amazing night sky with stars meet the horizon, where kangaroos and wallabies abound, to be woken by a symphony of birdsong, and to shower in fresh rainwater.
At the Crystal Waters Ecopark you can find:
- Camping and van sites – powered and unpowered
- Bunkhouse – shared or family rooms
- Cabin – double bed and additional sofa bed
In other parts of Crystal Waters you can stay at B&Bs or cabins on residents’ houselots.
